What we do with your information.
Short version: we use it to reply to you and to deliver what you asked for. Effective August 2026.
This is a plain-English summary of our privacy practices, not a legal contract. If you need something more formal for a procurement review, email us and we'll provide it.
What we collect.
Only what you type into our contact form: your name, business name, website URL, email address, which offer you want, and anything you write about your business. We don't sell products on this site and we never collect payment details through the form.
Why we collect it.
Two reasons: to reply to your inquiry, and to research and deliver the free audit or snapshot you asked for. That's the whole list. We don't run drip campaigns you didn't ask for.
Advertising and analytics data.
When you arrive from an ad or a search, we record the campaign details in the page URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, Google Ads click ID) and the first page you landed on, and we attach those to your form submission so we know which ad or page you came from. That data is about the ad, not about you personally.
Cookies.
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read and where visitors come from, and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing so we know which ads produce inquiries and can show ads to people who visited. These set cookies in your browser. You can block them with your browser settings, an ad blocker, or Google's own opt-out tools, and the site still works.
What we never do.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. Not to lead brokers, not to partners, not to anyone. If you tell us to stop contacting you, we stop.
Who else sees it.
Our hosting, database, and email providers store the submission so we can read and reply to it. Google receives the analytics and ad-conversion data described above. Any Google Search Console data we review is your own account, shared at your discretion.
How long we keep it.
Inquiries stay in our system for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then they're deleted. Client records are kept as long as we work together plus whatever the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your rights.
Email evan@clementineseo.com and ask us to show you what we have, correct it, or delete it. We'll do it within 30 days, and you don't need to give a reason. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we don't sell it in the first place.
Children.
This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes.
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the effective date below.
